Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Strong Foundations Performance and Wellness, LLC] (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We value your time and ours, and we carefully schedule appointments to ensure each client receives dedicated, uninterrupted service. Because of this, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Notice Required:
    Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance:
    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee and are not eligible for refund or reschedule credit.

  • No-Shows:
    If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”), you will be charged the full session fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.

2. Refunds

  • All Sales Are Final:
    All payments for services are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Prepaid Packages or Programs:
    If you purchase a package or multi-session program, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued once the program begins.

  • Illness or Emergencies:
    In the event of an unexpected medical emergency or hospitalization (for yourself or a dependent), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a one-time credit toward a future session. Documentation may be required.

  • Company Cancellations:
    If we must cancel a session for any reason (e.g., illness, emergency, weather, etc.), we will offer the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.

3. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time so that we can honor our next client’s session.

  • You will be charged the full session fee regardless of your arrival time.

4. Payment Policy

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Outstanding balances must be paid before additional appointments are scheduled.

  • Late Payments: Unpaid balances may incur interest at 3% per year.

5. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of verified medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible at laura@strongperformance. We handle exceptions case-by-case and may offer a reschedule credit at our discretion.

6. Agreement to Policy

By scheduling, booking, or paying for services with [Your Company Name, LLC], you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
